It’s seems one of the highest profile couple’s has finally tied the knot. Music and business mogul, Jay-Z, and R&B chanteuse, Beyonce Knowles, wed in a private ceremony on Friday night on top of the hip-hoppers Tribeca rooftop. The two have dated for about five years and wedding rumors were swirling earlier in the week after they purchased a marriage license in Scarsdale, New York.

According to sources, Beyonce wore a breathtaking white dress that had serious décolletage. US Magazine reported that the Grammy-winning singer’s hair was done up “in a half ponytail with ringlet curls, adorned with a white flower.” The atmosphere was very festive, with Jay-Z’s buddies smoking cigars and patting him on the back. The intimate setting then turned into a “wild party” with DJ Cassidy spinning grooves until 4:30am, according to witnesses. Among the esteemed guests in attendance were Beyonce’s former Destiny’s Child band members, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, as well as Beyonce’s parents and Gwyenth Paltrow. A videographer shot the event, but guests were reportedly ordered to leave their cellphones in their car so no unapproved photos would get out.

There’s now word on when the honeymoon will be, as the couple immediately went back to their jobs on Saturday, with Jay-Z going back to Greensboro, N.C. to continue his “Heart of the City” tour with Mary J. Blige. Beyonce returned to filming “Cadillac Man,” which she is co-executive producing and playing legendary jazz singer, Etta James.
